We are pleased to announce the completion of 78 slab-on-grade lots in Lakemont Village, south of Pell City, Alabama, on Highway 231. Valor Communities has started construction on new homes, with future phases planned. Wilkes Construction served as the general contractor, and Terramoor managed the project.
